PGA Golf Club – Ryder
Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County

Multiple championship courses in one community
Course Overview
The Ryder Course is the most playable of PGA Village's three 18-hole layouts, designed by Tom Fazio and playing 6,829 yards with a rating of 73.2 and slope of 136. Named after Samuel Ryder, the man behind the Ryder Cup, this course offers a more forgiving experience than the Wanamaker while still delivering championship-caliber design and conditioning. It's the course that welcomes the widest range of golfers while still rewarding precision.
Fairway Conditions
First-rate conditioning across all three PGA Village courses — the Ryder is no exception. Bermuda fairways are lush and well-manicured, greens are consistent and well-maintained. The Fazio design provides generous landing areas off the tee, making it the most enjoyable of the three for mid-to-high handicappers while still challenging low handicappers from the back tees.
Why I Love This Course
â Alex Haigh
"The Ryder is the one I send most people to first at PGA Village. It's the most approachable of the three courses — you can score here if you're hitting it well, but it won't punish you for an occasional miss the way the Wanamaker does. The Fazio routing is smart, the conditioning is impeccable, and the overall experience feels like you're playing at a facility that genuinely cares about golf. That's because it does."
