The Medalist is a Greg Norman-designed ultra-private club playing 7,571 yards with a rating of 76.0 and slope of 152 — the longest, hardest, and most prestigious course in Martin County. Invitation only. The club's roster reads like a who's who of professional golf, and the course lives up to that reputation with a brutal but fair layout that has hosted some of the game's best players.

The Medalist is invitation-only with extremely limited membership. Full Golf Membership is the primary tier — the club is known for its roster of professional golfers and high-profile members. Membership is not mandatory for homeowners in the adjacent Medalist Village community, which has its own separate Village Club and Spa membership options.
Initiation & Equity
Full Golf initiation is estimated at $100,000–$110,000 (unverified estimates; the club does not publish pricing). The club is not equity-based in the traditional sense — membership is by invitation with a long waiting list. Medalist Village homeowners have a separate Village Club initiation of approximately $35,000.
Annual Dues
