Course Overview
The Blue Course at Mariner Sands plays 6,708 yards with a rating of 72.5 and slope of 136. Also redesigned by Tom Fazio, the Blue is the more approachable of the two courses — still a championship layout, but with slightly wider fairways and more generous landing areas. It's the perfect complement to the tougher Gold Course, giving members two distinctly different experiences within the same club.
Fairway Conditions
The Blue Course is well-maintained to the same exacting standards as the Gold. Bermuda fairways with Fazio's shaping and strategic bunkering. The slightly more forgiving layout means better scores on average, but the greens are equally challenging. Water comes into play on several holes.

The Blue is the one I'd play on a Tuesday morning when I want to enjoy the walk without the stress of the Gold's tighter corridors. It's still a Fazio design — the shaping and strategy are all there — but it lets you relax a bit more off the tee. Between the two courses, Mariner Sands members never run out of new angles and challenges."

Membership Types
Multiple membership tiers available:
• Full Golf Membership (Resident): Mandatory for homeowners — includes access to both Gold and Blue courses, practice facilities, dining, tennis, pickleball, and fitness center.
• Full Golf Membership (Non-Resident): Available with access to both courses and club amenities.
• Social Membership: Base membership for residents — required as part of homeownership. Includes clubhouse, dining, tennis, pool, and social events. Golf available as an add-on.

Social membership is mandatory for all residents; golf membership is additional. Both the Gold and Blue courses are included with Full Golf membership.
Initiation & Equity
