Membership & Fees

Membership Types

City of Fort Pierce municipal facility with annual memberships:
• City of Fort Pierce Resident Annual Membership: $50/year
• Florida Resident Annual Membership: $70/year
• Indian Hills Pickleball Membership: $75 (1 year from purchase date)

Eligibility for resident rates requires a Florida Driver's License with a Fort Pierce address or a City of Fort Pierce property tax bill.

Initiation & Equity

No initiation fee or equity buy-in. Simple annual membership renewal.

Annual Dues

Fort Pierce Residents: $50/year | Florida Residents: $70/year.
Pickelball membership: $75/year.

Greens Fees

Daily Green Fees (May 2026, includes cart rental):
• 7:00–8:00 AM: $40/player
• 8:00 AM–Noon: $43/player
• Noon–3:00 PM: $40/player
• After 3:00 PM: $27/player
• 9 holes anytime: $27/player

June–September Summer Rates:
• 7:00–8:00 AM: $37/player
• 8:00 AM–Noon: $40/player
• Noon–3:00 PM: $37/player

All rates subject to 7% FL sales tax.

Cart Fees

Cart rental (non-members): $1/hole, maximum $24 for 18 holes. A signed liability waiver is required.
Member cart fee: $5 per 9 holes (member use only).
Cart rental is included in the city's published daily rates.

Guest Fees & Policies

Guests pay the same public daily rates as non-members. $5 guest fee per day for membership guest play (per Facebook data).

Junior & Senior

Juniors (17 & under): $5 all day.

Dining & Social Minimums

Basic clubhouse available. No food and beverage minimums.
