Membership Types
Member-Owned Equity Club — limited to approximately 200 members.
• Equity Membership (Full Golf): The primary membership tier — includes unlimited golf, practice facilities, full social privileges, voting rights, and participation in club governance. Currently full, with a waitlist.
• Non-Equity Social Membership: Available for non-golfers — includes clubhouse, dining, and social event access only.
• Summer Golf Plus Membership: Seasonal non-equity option (May 1–Oct 31) — limited privileges at a lower cost, ideal for seasonal residents.
• Family & Single options available across tiers.
• Junior Executive Membership: Available for younger members — contact club for eligibility.
As a member-owned club, all equity members have a voice in club operations — there is no outside management company.
Initiation & Equity
Equity Membership Total Joining Fee: $80,000 — composed of:
• $72,000 non-refundable initiation fee
• $8,000 equity share (also non-refundable)
Summer Golf Plus (Non-Equity): Initiation approximately $1,000 (non-refundable).
The club is member-owned with a limited roster of ~200 members. Equity memberships are currently full — prospective members are placed on a waitlist. Contact the club for the latest availability.

• Single: $15,730/year
• Family: $17,415/year
Summer Golf Plus (Non-Equity) Annual Dues (plus tax):
