Banyan Creek Golf Club sits within the Crane Creek community in Palm City, offering a private layout that winds through established residential neighborhoods. A solid community course with a relaxed atmosphere.
The club opened in 2017 on the site of what was once Martin Downs Country Club's Crane Creek course, and it sits inside the gated Martin Downs community off SW Crane Creek Avenue. Membership is capped to keep tee times open and rounds moving, so the course rarely feels crowded. It is a short drive from downtown Stuart, and the surrounding Crane Creek community features a wide range of homes.
Banyan Creek's members appreciate the lush Carolina-style layout with rolling fairways and magnificent mature trees. Banyan Creek is surrounded by nature, not homes, which is one of the many reasons this course is a unique treasure for its members. The club is dedicated to its members and keeps membership limited so members can always appreciate having a tee time of their choice while playing at a pace that is right for them.

Palm City enjoys a classic coastal Florida climate on the St. Lucie River, with mild, dry winters and warm, humid summers. Peak golf season runs from November through April, when daytime highs average in the mid 70s and rainfall is minimal. Summer months bring afternoon thunderstorms, but mornings are usually clear. The river and coastal breezes keep conditions comfortable, and year-round golf is absolutely playable, though early tee times are recommended from June through September.

Banyan Creek offers a variety of memberships for all lifestyles. All rates are subject to Florida 6.5% sales tax.

Membership Types
2026-2027 Annual and Executive Membership includes trail fees, cart fees, use of practice facilities, and NO capital contributions or handicap fees.
Initiation & Equity
Initiation fee of $5,000 for new members.
Annual Dues
Rates are subject to Florida 6.5% sales tax. Membership year: Nov. 1, 2026 through Oct. 31, 2027.
