Course Overview
Eaglewood Country Club is a private, equity-owned 55+ golf community at 8500 SE Eaglewood Way in Hobe Sound, between Stuart and Jupiter. About 300 homes (attached villas, patio homes, and courtyard homes built in the 1980s) sit on roughly 163 acres around an 18-hole executive course that Ward Northrup designed in 1984. The par 57 has three par 4s and fifteen par 3s and plays 3,139 yards from the Blue tees (56.3 rating, 91 slope), with White, Gold, and Red tees down to 2,392 yards. The shorter layout winds past lakes and mature landscaping and makes it easy to fit in a quick round. It's a club built around lifestyle: residents get unlimited golf with no green or trail fees, many own their own carts, and the clubhouse, pool, tennis, and a full social calendar keep the community tight-knit.
