Apogee Club is a private golf retreat on roughly 1,200 acres in Hobe Sound, Martin County. There are no residential lots for sale on the property. Instead, members enjoy private villas for stays on site, three contrasting championship courses, and a roughly 55-acre Performance Center. The official site still presents the courses as West, South, and North; Golf Course Architecture has reported a rename to Paramount, Apex, and Summit. This guide uses West, South, and North to match the club's published maps. West by Gil Hanse and Jim Wagner opened in Fall 2023 (par 73). South by Tom Fazio II and Mike Davis opened around 2024 (par 72). North by Kyle Phillips opened around 2025 (par 72). A short course and additional short-hole golf have been planned or are growing in; confirm status with the club before assuming public availability. The club sits about 30 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport.

The three courses are intentionally contrasting. West is natural and understated, a walking-friendly Hanse and Wagner routing that sits gently on the land among oaks, pines, and palms. South is bold and brawny, with substantial elevation change, an extensive lake network, and well-defined sandy areas from the Fazio II and Davis design. North brings Old Florida character through Phillips shaping, with firmer turf, contour around the greens, and a routing that returns after twelve holes for optional shorter loops.

Hobe Sound enjoys a humid subtropical climate with mild, dry winters and warm, humid summers, suited to year-round golf. Winter highs often sit in the mid-70s, making November through April especially pleasant. Summers bring upper 80s to low 90s with afternoon thunderstorms common from June through September. Coastal breezes from the Atlantic and nearby Intracoastal help keep conditions comfortable even in the warmer months.
